چکیده

Under different working conditions of the aeroengine, rotating speed turbine blades is diverse, and this causes high-temperature gas mainstream to impact at disparate angles attack. In order explore film cooling mechanism pressure surface suction aeroengine blade unusual speed, a 3D model internal runners constructed, which refers Pratt & Whitney PW4084 primary HPT blade. model, set attack through three distinct angles, air established, numerical simulation conducted blowing ratios. The results showed that angle (rotational speed) key factor affecting efficiency effect best under positive attack, however, negative first-rate. With increase temperature top tail will gradually decrease, as reduces, lower part slightly increase. Finally, on augment with ratio.
